  • How long can I keep the bin?
    Rentals are for seven days. A charge of $25.00 for each additional day will be added to your bill. We ask that all customers contact our office to arrange for removal. The bin will not be picked up automatically.
  • How soon can I get a bin delivered?
    Delivery turn-around time varies from possible same day delivery to within 24 hours of request. It is best plan your disposal bin needs a few days in advance so we can best meet your needs.

  • Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or pick up bin?
    It is not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the container. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
  • What if the driver comes for delivery or pick up and I am not ready for the bin to be dropped or picked up?
    You will be billed a trip charge.
  • How high can the bin be filled?
    The bins cannot be filled past the top rim. By law, we cannot haul the bin with waste, junk or debris exceeding the top of the container. Additionally, we need to tarp the load. ​
  • What materials can be placed in the bin?
    Household junk, Furniture, Clothing, Paper products, Non-organic trash Some materials are only allowed in the bin if they are “clean loaded,” meaning it is the only material in the bin. These include: Concrete, Roofing shingles, Wood and drywall, Dirt and rock
  • What materials cannot be placed in bin?
    Aerosol cans, animals, antifreeze, appliances, asbestos, barrels, batteries, chemical products, computers, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), dirt, fluorescent tubes, food waste, fuel/oil contaminated soil, hazardous waste, herbicides & pesticides, industrial waste, lead paint chips, liquids (all), lubricating/hydraulic oil, medical waste, microwaves, monitors, motor oil, oil filters, other flammable liquids, paint (completely dried latex paint cans are acceptable), propane tanks, radioactive material, televisions, tires, transmission oil. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer.
  • What is the difference between clean fill and mixed waste?
    Clean fill matter is considered soil, brick, block, concrete and asphalt. Mixed waste is wood, roofing material, drywall, metals, plastic, cardboards, and renovation or demolition waste. the exception to the clean fill material is that asphalt cannot be mixed with any other of the previously listed clean fill matter. Should mixed waste be put in a container for clean fill, additional charges will be incurred
  • Do I need a permit for the bin?
    the bin is positioned on your property, no. If the bin must be placed on the road, You may require a permit. Please inquire from your local municipality.
  • Do the bins damage driveways?
    Our drivers may place wood boards under the rails of the bin to protect the driveway from scratches. However, we do not guarantee that this will protect your driveway from sinking or any type of damage due to the weight of the bin once it has been filled. If you are concerned with sinking, we suggest you have sheets of plywood available on the day of the delivery for the driver to put the bin on. This will help displace the weight of the bin.
  • Will I be billed for extra weight?
    Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order you will be charged additional costs.
